Kayla Zimmerman
Bluefield, WV Travel Agent Specializing in Disney Vacations, Disney Cruises, and Aulani
Meet Kayla Zimmerman, a Bluefield, West Virginia travel agent who has been planning vacations professionally for five years. Kayla’s journey with Sweetbay Travel Concierge began as a treasured client, and she still brings that same client’s-eye view to every trip she plans.
Kayla specializes in Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line and Disney’s Aulani Resort for families, and she also knows Universal, Sandals and Beaches, and Royal Caribbean especially well. Her ideal client is a busy family who wants a magical, stress-free vacation without having to figure out all the details themselves. A mom to an adventurous son, a self-described foodie and a sucker for a little luxury, Kayla is in your corner from booking until the day you return home.

Kayla’s Favorite Trip
Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii, June 2026. Her family still talks about walking into the resort for the first time and taking in all of the beautiful views, and Kualoa Ranch was absolutely breathtaking.
Kayla’s Insider Tip
At Walt Disney World, don’t feel like you have to rush from attraction to attraction all day! Build in time to slow down, enjoy your resort, grab a snack and soak up the little details. Some of the best Disney memories happen in the moments you didn’t plan.
A Favorite Trip Kayla Planned
A multigenerational Walt Disney World vacation for a family whose grandchildren were visiting Disney for the very first time. Kayla helped choose the right resort and tickets, planned dining and Lightning Lane strategies, organized the itinerary and stayed on call before and during the trip, so the whole family could focus on making memories.
